Diagnosis before treatment.
Digital x-ray and pulp vitality testing, with microscope examination when clinically indicated. We confirm the cause before we recommend a plan — and we walk you through the image so you see what we see.

Profound anesthesia.
Standard inferior alveolar block plus supplementary techniques (intraligamentary, intraosseous) when the tooth refuses to go numb. If you feel it at any point, we stop and re-dose.

Microscope-assisted cleaning and shaping when clinically indicated.
Rubber dam isolation. Every canal located, cleaned, and shaped under magnification. This is the step where most failed root canals went wrong — usually a missed canal.

Obturation and a plan for the crown.
Three-dimensional sealing with warm vertical compaction. Before you leave, a written estimate for the crown that will protect the treated tooth long-term.
