Pain that arrives on its own.
Throbbing that wakes you up. Pain that appears without chewing, without cold, without a trigger. The nerve inside is inflamed and it won't settle without intervention.
Specialist Treatment · Core
Endodontic treatment with microscope assistance when clinically indicated, including selected and complex cases. Profound anesthesia protocols — if you feel it, we stop.
When you need this
Throbbing that wakes you up. Pain that appears without chewing, without cold, without a trigger. The nerve inside is inflamed and it won't settle without intervention.
Not sensitivity to cold — a specific, sharp bite-pain on one tooth. Usually a crack or an infection at the root tip. The longer it's left, the more of the tooth we lose.
An abscess — a localized infection that the body is trying to drain. It needs evaluation today, not next week. Left untreated, it spreads to the bone.
If any of these sound familiar — don't wait for it to get worse.

No shortcuts. No skipped stages. What you'll actually experience from the first appointment to the final seal.
Digital x-ray and pulp vitality testing, with microscope examination when clinically indicated. We confirm the cause before we recommend a plan — and we walk you through the image so you see what we see.
Standard inferior alveolar block plus supplementary techniques (intraligamentary, intraosseous) when the tooth refuses to go numb. If you feel it at any point, we stop and re-dose.
Rubber dam isolation. Every canal located, cleaned, and shaped under magnification. This is the step where most failed root canals went wrong — usually a missed canal.
Three-dimensional sealing with warm vertical compaction. Before you leave, a written estimate for the crown that will protect the treated tooth long-term.
Example Cases
Two recent cases that arrived on the extraction list and didn't leave on it.
Retreatment
Referred after a root canal performed elsewhere three years ago. Under microscope, we identified an untreated fourth canal — the most common reason these cases fail. Retreatment, MTA plug, and a full-ceramic crown.
Trauma
Patient arrived within 48 hours of a fall. Rather than a full pulpectomy, we performed vital pulp therapy to preserve the living tissue, followed by a conservative composite rebuild. Sensitivity to temperature retained — the clinical sign that matters.
Honest Pricing
Root canal pricing varies by tooth (molar, premolar, anterior), by case complexity, and by whether retreatment is involved. Fixed menus don't apply. What we guarantee instead:
